This role will focus on enabling successful adoption of a new enterprise-wide system designed to improve access to critical health-related information and support future ways of working across a complex operational workforce.
Working as part of a specialist delivery team, you will help translate the broader change strategy into practical, on-the-ground change, engagement, and communication activities. A key focus of the role is ensuring impacted stakeholders are prepared, supported, and confident in transitioning to new processes, systems, and behaviours.
This is a highly visible role operating in a complex and sensitive environment, requiring strong stakeholder engagement skills, an understanding of adoption risks, and the ability to support business readiness across diverse user groups, including clinical and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and manage change impacts across people, process, technology, and systems
  • Develop and execute change, engagement, and communication activities aligned to the program change strategy
  • Translate strategic change direction into practical stakeholder-specific engagement activities
  • Support business readiness, adoption, and transition to new ways of working
  • Identify and monitor adoption risks and issues, providing insights and recommendations
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide advice on change impacts and readiness

About You

  • Experience delivering organisational change management on complex transformation programs
  • Background supporting technology-enabled change in large or regulated environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across senior, operational, and specialist groups
  • Ability to develop clear communication and engagement materials tailored to different audiences
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to operate effectively in complex delivery environments
  • Change, communications, or related formal qualifications desirable
